One half of the sherwani is shaped through fluid cotton cording, meticulously applied over a silk-by-silk base, creating a soft draped movement that feels organic and architectural at once. In contrast, the other half is constructed with precise pin-tucks in Murshidabad silk, lending structure, rhythm, and refinement to the silhouette. This duality of drape and discipline defines the garment’s visual depth.
At the neckline, delicate bud embroidery emerges as an intimate focal detail—symbolic of quiet growth and new beginnings—adding softness to the sherwani’s sculptural form.
